Jennifer Tamblyn, MD, MSPH


Dr. Tamblyn is a primary care physician who cares for patients ages 13 and above. She believes that patient care should be both data driven and focused on the individual's own personal needs. She is proud to serve her community and be an integral part of her patients' lives. She practices both preventive medicine to keep her patients healthy, and also treats acute illness and chronic disease (such as diabetes, COPD, hypertension).

Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Colorado at Denver, where she also completed a Master of Science in Public Health degree. She completed her internship at the University of Colorado at Denver and residency at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver.

Dr. Tamblyn serves as an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Colorado, and has a passion for teaching medical students. She has also served as assistant program director for the University of Colorado's internal medicine residency program, and continues to teach medical students and nurse practitioner students. She has won several awards for excellence in medical education, professionalism, and serving as a role model for practicing compassionate patient care.

She enjoys mountain and road biking, hiking, alpine skiing and traveling, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and enormous dog.
